Throughout the project, I was able to develop many skills and get a further understanding of the engineering design process.

Some of these skills/materials include:

Undergoing extensive research on the topics of the project to gain a further understanding of the client and dive deeper into many solutions.

Developing objective trees to get an overall idea of the project, whilst also being able to outline main objectives of the project to understand our focus.

Refining the problem, and undergoing functional analysis

Generating concept sketches to develop and brainstorm ideas

Creating physical mechanism prototypes (Initial and refined)

Developing test plans, to check objectives and conclude whether mechanism works as intended.
